Facility Experience Mobile App

We designed and developed a mobile application for Inogarden users that enables managing the entire in-facility experience from a single app. All needs like purchases, reservations, event participation, cafe orders and co-working space usage are now in the user's pocket.

Project Overview

We developed a mobile application centered on the needs of end users at the Inogarden facility. Starting with user research and analysis, we observed the daily experiences of people visiting the facility. We identified which services they needed, where they faced difficulties, and what kind of digital experience they expected. Based on these findings, we designed a user-focused mobile app covering purchases, reservations, events, cafe and shared space usage.

User Research and Needs Analysis

We mapped daily experiences through one-on-one interviews and on-site observations with facility users. We identified how frequently they use services, their payment habits, reservation needs and in-facility navigation challenges. We analyzed different user profiles (daily visitor, member, event participant) and prioritized for each.

Experience Design and Prototyping

Based on research findings, we designed a mobile interface that brings the in-facility experience to digital. We optimized how many steps it takes for users to reach each service from the moment they open the app. We prototyped reservation, purchase, event discovery and cafe order flows and validated them through user testing. Intuitive navigation and quick access were our priorities.

Service Areas: Reservations, Cafe, Events and Shared Spaces

We enabled users to access different service areas within the facility from a single app. We integrated all services including instant reservations for co-working spaces and meeting rooms, mobile ordering from cafe and restaurant sections, browsing event calendars and purchasing tickets, and creating appointments for sports and wellness areas.

Digital Wallet and Development Process

We developed a payment system that enables managing all in-facility spending through a single digital wallet. Users can load balance and quickly complete every transaction from cafe orders to event tickets, shared space usage to purchases. Fully integrated with the facility management software, the app was published on iOS and Android platforms.
