Understanding the work before the software

We do not produce a solution before we understand how a reservation travels from sales to operations, how a dealer order moves from stock to collection, or how a piece of customer information reaches the right person on the team.

That is why we never start a project from screens and feature lists. First we work out how the business actually runs, where it stalls, which information stays stuck with whom, and what the system will need to become later on.

Our aim is not simply to deliver working software, but to build a structure that makes daily work easier, retains its knowledge even as the team changes, and can evolve with new needs.

How the experience became Zenmira

Zenmira is built on the experience our founder Sinan Bakış began gathering in digital product design and software projects in 2013.

Gathered across different teams and sectors, that experience gradually turned into a way of working that brings business analysis, user experience, project management and software development under a single perspective.

In 2023 we brought all of it together under Zenmira Bilgi Teknolojileri A.Ş. From our base in Denizli Teknokent we build projects tailored to organisations and grow our own products, born out of the real needs we meet in the field.

What do we do today?

We build enterprise systems that bring sales, customers, reservations, operations, finance and dealer processes together in one structure.

From CRM and ERP solutions to B2B ordering portals, from web and mobile apps to third-party integrations, we treat every project as a whole — analysis, UX/UI design, development and long-term technical maintainability.

We look at the whole picture first

We try to understand the real need behind the request we receive, and take on the whole process rather than only the visible problem.

We don’t separate design from software

User experience, business rules and technical infrastructure are considered at the same table — so we don’t end up with products that look easy to use but do not work.

Launch is not the last step

Most of the real needs become visible once a system is in use. So we keep watching the product, act on feedback and continue developing the structure.

Our Office

We are a team that thinks at the same desk and works closely.

Our base is at Pamukkale University Teknokent in Denizli. With our workspace in Kadıköy, İstanbul, we run our projects from two cities.

We keep the advantage of being a small, direct team: the people who analyse, design and build the work are all inside the same process. Knowledge does not get lost between layers, decisions come faster, and projects stop being something managed from a distance.
