B2B Dealer Management & Sales Platform
We designed and developed an end-to-end B2B dealer management and sales platform for MiraB2B, where SMEs and enterprises can manage their dealers, sell through their own digital storefronts, track order processes and handle invoicing.
Project Overview
MiraB2B is a B2B platform project enabling companies to manage their dealer networks digitally. We analyzed the scattered, hard-to-track and time-consuming structure of traditional dealer management processes. We designed and developed a comprehensive platform where companies can create their own digital storefronts to offer products to dealers, dealers experience purchasing through these storefronts, order processes are tracked end-to-end, and invoicing is managed automatically.

B2B Process Analysis and Platform Architecture
We analyzed companies' existing dealer management processes, order flows and invoicing methods in detail. We mapped the dynamics of company-dealer relationships, product catalog management, pricing strategies and order approval mechanisms. Based on this analysis, we designed a scalable B2B platform architecture supporting multi-company structures.

Digital Storefront and Dealer Purchasing Experience
We developed an infrastructure where each company can create its own branded digital storefront. Companies can manage product catalogs in their stores, define dealer-specific pricing and create campaigns. Dealers can browse products through their assigned storefronts, build carts and place orders. A user-friendly purchasing flow ensures dealers have a seamless shopping experience in the digital environment.

Dealer Management, Order Tracking and Inventory Control
We developed a comprehensive dealer management module where companies can manage their dealer networks from a centralized panel. Dealer registration and approval processes, dealer-based sales reports and performance analytics can be tracked from a single screen. With the order management module, every stage from order creation to delivery can be monitored in real-time. The inventory control system works in an integrated manner with product availability, critical stock alerts and supply planning.

Invoicing, Reporting and Integrations
We developed an invoicing module that automatically generates invoices upon order completion. Company-based and dealer-based revenue reports, sales analytics, best-selling products and periodic comparisons are presented through the dashboard. Thanks to accounting system integration, invoice data is transferred automatically. The platform is equipped with a flexible integration infrastructure designed to work in harmony with companies' existing business processes.
