Central Operations Management System

We developed an operations management system enabling Dynamic Agri Group to manage purchasing, inventory, product tracking, order processes and supplier relations from a single center. We increased efficiency with a centralized order structure that strengthens field operations.

Project Overview

Dynamic Agri Group is a company operating in the animal health and agriculture sector with an international business network. They turned to us to manage dispersed purchasing, inventory tracking, order management and supplier processes from a single platform and to establish a centralized structure for field operations. We analyzed existing processes and designed and developed a management system tailored to the company's operational needs.

Process Analysis and System Architecture

We analyzed the company's existing purchasing flows, inventory tracking methods, order processes and supplier relations in detail. By mapping out operations run differently by each unit, we created a standard workflow model. Based on this analysis, we designed the system architecture to enable centralized management.

Purchasing and Supplier Management

We developed a module where all purchase requests are created, approval processes are managed and supplier performance is tracked. With features like supplier-based price comparison, bid management and contract tracking, we made purchasing processes transparent and traceable.

Inventory Management and Product Tracking

We developed an inventory management module suitable for multi-warehouse structure. We digitized stock processes end-to-end with product entry-exit, lot tracking, minimum stock alerts and warehouse-based inventory reporting. We enabled field teams to view real-time stock status via mobile.

Centralized Order Structure and Field Operations

We established a centralized order system where field teams can create orders directly from the field and all orders can be monitored and managed from the head office. We accelerated field operations with order status tracking, delivery planning and shipment management modules. All processes can be reported from a single panel.
