Freight Management Software

We developed a management software tailored to the needs of domestic freight companies for Filomla. Fleet tracking, trip planning, driver management, customer relations and cost analytics were unified on a single platform.

Project Overview

Filomla is a platform aiming to provide digital management tools to companies in the domestic freight sector. We analyzed inefficiencies caused by freight companies managing their vehicle fleets, trip planning, driver operations and customer processes through scattered methods. Based on this analysis, we designed and developed a software platform enabling management of all operational processes from a single center.

Sector Analysis and Process Discovery

We analyzed the daily operations of companies in the domestic freight sector. We mapped how processes like trip creation, vehicle assignment, driver coordination, customer communication and invoicing are carried out. By identifying sector-specific needs and bottlenecks, we established the core requirements of the software.

Fleet Tracking and Trip Management

We developed a module where companies can track their vehicle fleet in real-time, create new trips and monitor the status of existing trips. We simplified operational planning with vehicle-based trip history, route optimization and estimated arrival times. Each vehicle's maintenance schedule, insurance and inspection reminders are also managed through the system.

Driver Management and Customer Relations

We created a driver module covering driver assignment, performance tracking, working hours and document management. On the customer side, we digitized company-based contract management, quote creation, trip history and invoicing processes. Customers can track trip status from their own panels.

Cost Analytics and Reporting

We developed an analytics module that reports trip-based cost calculation, fuel expenses, maintenance costs and overall operation expenses in detail. Company owners and managers can view revenue-expense balance, vehicle-based profitability and driver performance in real-time through the dashboard.
