
Facility Management Software
We designed and developed a comprehensive facility management software for Inogarden, built on cloud technologies, unifying area management, reservations, team & HR management, sales operations and mobile wallet system on a single platform.

Project Overview
Inogarden is a facility project that wanted to plan its digital infrastructure from the construction phase. We were involved in the entire process from idea to product; we examined the physical structure of the facility on-site, analyzed business processes and created a software architecture suited to the structure. After research and analysis, we developed a cloud-based platform covering area management, reservations, team management, HR, sales and mobile wallet system.

From Idea to Analysis: Site Review and Process Discovery
We joined the project while the facility was still under construction. We reviewed architectural plans, observed the facility structure on-site and identified the digital management needs of physical spaces. By analyzing operational processes, team structure and customer experience flows in detail, we prepared the requirements document that would form the foundation of the software.

Area Management and Reservation System
We developed an area management module that enables managing all facility spaces through a digital map. Integrated with the reservation system, this module allows real-time tracking of occupancy rates, space usage data and availability. Online and on-site reservation flows are managed from a single system.

Team Management, HR and Sales Modules
We created a team management module covering staff shift planning, task assignments and performance tracking. With the HR module, personnel records, leave management and payroll processes were digitized. The sales module enables managing product and service sales, campaign management and revenue reporting from a single panel.

Mobile Management and Wallet System
We developed a mobile wallet system for facility customers. Customers can load balance and make in-facility purchases without carrying cash or cards. On the management side, all facility operations can be monitored in real-time via the mobile app, reports can be generated and emergency responses can be coordinated.
