Marketplace Mobile Application

We developed a marketplace mobile application for Well2All that brings gyms, spa centers and wellness facilities together on a single platform. Users can discover facilities, select trainers, book appointments and make payments through the app.

Project Overview

Well2All is a marketplace project aiming to connect users with the right facilities in the sports and wellness sector. We developed a mobile application where facilities like gyms, spa centers and yoga studios are listed, trainer profiles are featured, and appointment and payment processes are managed end-to-end. Running on iOS and Android, the app offers separate experiences for both end users and facility managers.

Marketplace UX Design and User Flows

We analyzed the multiple user roles required by the marketplace structure (end user, facility manager, trainer) and designed separate user flows for each role. We crafted facility discovery, filtering, trainer profiles and appointment booking processes with an intuitive interface. We validated flows through user testing at the prototype stage.

Facility Listing and Trainer Profiles

We created detailed profile pages for gyms, spa centers, yoga studios and wellness facilities. Alongside facility pages enriched with location-based search, category filtering, user reviews and photo galleries, we integrated trainer profiles, specialization areas and availability calendars.

Appointment System and Calendar Management

We developed a dynamic calendar system where users can book appointments based on facility and trainer availability. We completed the appointment experience with features like reminders, cancellation and modification flows, and waiting lists. Facility managers can manage availability settings and booking rules from their own panels.
