Project Overview

Lalezar is a retail brand known for its physical stores for many years. During the transition to a digital sales channel, they turned to us to create a user-friendly e-commerce experience while preserving brand identity. User Research and UX Strategy

We analyzed Lalezar's existing customer base and shopping habits. Through competitor analysis, user interviews and behavioral data, we mapped the target audience's digital expectations. In light of this data, we created a conversion-focused UX strategy and information architecture.

Interface Design and Brand Alignment

We designed an interface that faithfully reflects Lalezar's brand identity in the digital environment. We iteratively developed product listing, detail pages, cart flow and payment steps through user testing. With a mobile-first approach, we ensured a consistent experience across all devices.

E-Commerce Infrastructure and Integrations

We built a scalable e-commerce infrastructure and developed product management, inventory tracking, payment integration and cargo tracking modules. Through the admin panel, we enabled all operations such as adding products, creating campaigns and managing orders to be carried out easily.

Performance Optimization and Launch

We conducted comprehensive optimization work for page load speeds, SEO compliance and search engine visibility. After pre-launch load tests and security checks, we took the platform live. A 40% increase in conversion rates was observed in the first quarter after launch.
