MiraB2B

We brought the dealer network, sales and account balances into one portal.

Companies run their dealer network from this portal: orders, balances, account activity and sales tracking all in one place.

Context

The dealer network grew; tracking stayed on the phone.

MIRAB2B is a sales portal companies use to run their dealer network. The real problem was not taking orders but seeing balance, account activity and sales performance per dealer at the same time. That data sat in the ERP, closed to both dealers and the field team.

We built the portal for both sides: dealers order from their own panel and see their balance and open invoices, while the company follows every dealer’s account status, limit and sales history in one list. Records stay in sync with the existing ERP.

What we delivered

  • B2B process analysis
  • UX research & information architecture
  • Interface (UI) design
  • Software development
  • ERP integration
  • Dealer permissions & credit rules
  • Launch, training & maintenance

Problem

Dealer information lived in three separate places.

01
Orders taken by phone

Dealers placed orders by phone and message; a rep typed them into the system by hand.

02
Price list confusion

Each dealer group had its own pricing, and no one was sure which list was current.

03
Invisible account balance

How much a dealer owed and how much credit was left could not be seen at order time.

How it worked before

Phone and messages
Dealers passed orders to reps verbally
Price lists
A separate file and update cycle per group
Account records
Balances lived in the ERP, closed to dealers
Rep in the middleEvery order was keyed in by hand
Dealer
Cannot see the status of their order
Sales rep
Spends most of the day on data entry
Accounting
Notices over-limit orders after the fact

Solution

A panel for the dealer, a single list for the company.

01

Dealer network & permissions

We built a structure where each dealer has its own pricing, credit limit and product access.

Grouped pricingPrice lists attach to dealer groups; a dealer only ever sees its own pricing.
Credit controlOver-limit orders are blocked at checkout and routed to approval.
02

Ordering flow

We let dealers place and track their own orders from their own panel.

Every record hangs off the dealer: its pricing, orders, balance and sales history are followed from one place.

Design and engineering decisions

We fitted the whole dealer relationship onto one screen.

01We didn’t replace the existing ERP — we built the portal as a sales layer that stays in sync with it.

02We split the dealer and company sides into two interfaces over one data model.

03We shortened the ordering steps to match what a dealer actually does.

04We made the rule structure extensible so new dealer groups and pricing rules can be added.

2026

The platform went into use.

Dealer orders, balances, account activity and sales tracking now sit in one portal, and companies run their dealer network from it.

We can build a system like this together.

Instead of handing you a template, we understand how your company actually works and design the right structure.
